Hello fitness friends and family,
Tonight 27 October 22 we have LBT in the main hall at 6pm.
Monday, we have a one off 7pm session given its Halloween the theme is 'Get Your Freak On' Dress freaky or come as you are! (NO INTERVAL)
NOVEMBER 2022
Commences from Wednesday 2nd November for you with Circuits at 6pm. Hoping we can keep numbers at 8 into final part of 22 and should it fall low I will be pulling this class until 2023. The rest is up to you to make a plan. Do let me know your intentions if a regular or even a newbie.
