Good evening all,

As we approach October, the month of cosy evenings warmer attire, bonfires, fireworks, scream fests and dancing to spooky tunes (end of month). Really excited to still be here teaching 4 classes a week at Brockington to help keep you fit and well all year round.


You do not need me to tell you just how important it is to keep moving and looking after yourself, however I know first hand that it can be very hard work to get, and stay motivated during the darker colder evenings and mornings. What I would say at this time is...


Stop, think and reflect on what is important to you, ask yourself why is keeping active and well important?

  1. Health

  2. Mindset

  3. Social aspect

  4. Weight loss

  5. Mobility

  6. Rehabilitation

  7. Mood booster

With those benefits held firmly in mind, have a think about what is stopping you from achieving those goals?


What would help you to overcome those barriers?


Spend sometime each day to reset and refocus and give yourself the much needed care and attention you so deserve.


Now ladies and gents, hope you have a truly wonderful evening, at 18.11 the nights are drawing in and settling down is getting earlier and earlier.
